Collectively, our coaches played the game of football for over three decades and have been coaching and counseling players throughout the United States since at least 2017. Gray and L.D. have also built experience coaching during summer football camps for the teams that they were on. Please see below for their individual athletic achievements. We generally specialize in quarterbacks and offensive positions, but are also available to assist players with agility training and other areas.
We work with a team of coaches that specialize in other positions and areas such as: offensive line, defensive backs, linebackers, and kicking. Please also feel free to contact us if you are a coach who would like to be considered for referrals in the future.
A training session is uniquely tailored to each individual athlete. We do not recommend any specific drills or techniques. Once we work with a player, we can get a better sense for their strengths and weaknesses (if any). Collectively, we have decades of experience implementing drills and techniques to help players improve. We do prefer to spend multiple sessions with a player to gain feedback and develop a tailored process for each athlete.
In addition to our training services, we often serve as a consultant for our players. We have experience with and have previously counseled players, parents, and coaches on the following:
*However, we do not serve as sports agents nor do we provide such services.
Gray Crow was a nationally ranked quarterback prospect in the class of 2012. He was recruited by several major college football programs across the country such as the University of Notre Dame, the University of Florida, Louisiana State University, and the University of Southern California, among others. He ultimately accepted a scholarship to attend the University of Miami, where he experienced playing time and served as a backup to multiple NFL quarterbacks. At the conclusion of his football career, he turned down several opportunities to play professionally outside of the United States and made the decision to return to the University of Miami for law school. Coach Crow greatly values all opportunities to coach and advise youth players, as this affords an opportunity to give back to the community in a unique way.
L.D. Crow was also a nationally ranked quarterback prospect in the class of 2007. He was recruited by several major college football programs, such as Rutgers University, Duke University, North Carolina State University, and various Ivy League universities, among others. L.D. ultimately accepted a scholarship to attend Stanford University. He would go on to finish his playing career at UCF. During his time at Stanford and UCF, he served as a backup to two first round NFL draft picks. L.D. also had several opportunities to play football professionally outside of the United States. L.D. is married to his wife, Lauren. Together, they have three children and reside in the greater Jacksonville area. L.D. has substantial experience coaching, also from his playing days. As a dedicated father, he currently spends his free time coaching his children and their various sports teams. This experience allows him to provide a valuable perspective to each athlete he works with.
